Self-Collection and Delivery Services

  1. The Self-Collection is available at 2 GAMBAS CRESCENT #03.19, S757044
  2. Collection can be done 1 to 3 business days after the purchase date in the selected store during opening hours. (excluding Pre-Order items & Product with Installation) Collection is subjected to stock availability.
  3. You may approach any of our A.C.T's personnel. Do bring along the Order Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your item(s). We may request credit card details that was used to make the order.
  4. Items purchased online may not be in stock even after order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution.
  5. Should there be another person who is collecting on your behalf, an authorized letter have to be presented at the point of collection. Do bring along the Order Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order. We may request credit card details that was used to make the order.

Next Day Delivery $15
1) Order before 9:00am will be next day delivery. 2) Order placed after 9:00am, delivery will be on the following day between 6:30pm to 10:00pm. 3) No same day delivery on Weekends. Delivery will be done on the following business day.		 Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday)
Express Delivery (Online Purchase) $30
1) Same day delivery for orders placed before 10am, delivery is between 12:00pm to 10:00pm. 2) Order placed after 10am, delivery will be on the following business day between 10:am to 10:00pm. 3) No same day delivery on Weekends. Delivery will be done on the following business day.		 Monday to Friday  (excluding Public Holiday)

  • Delivery within 3 to 5 days upon purchase.
  • There will be a delivery charge of $8.00 or purchase(s) of less than $100. 
  • Customer has to take note for delivery to Condominium is subjected to it's Management discretion.
  • There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to rejected delivery by the building Management or no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.

Express Delivery (Same Day Delivery) is subjected to these Terms & Conditions:

  • Place your order before 9am and enjoy same day delivery (subject to stock availability in our warehouse).
  • Search for products with Same-Day Delivery icon and proceed to checkout. Select Same-Day as your delivery option.
  • There will be a $25 charge for Express Delivery & timing will be from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.
  • Orders placed after 9am will be scheduled to deliver the following business day 6:30pm to 10:00pm.
  • Customer has to take note for delivery to Condominium is subjected to it's Management discretion.
  • There will be a $30 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to rejection by the building's Management team or no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.

Next Day delivery is subjected to these Terms & Conditions:
Next Day Delivery($15) cut-off timing will be 9:00am (Day 0). Order before 9:00am will be delivered the next business day. Order after 9:00am will be delivered in 2 working days. For example; order on Monday 3:00pm, order will be delivered by Wednesday.

 

International Shipping

For international orders, once item sold there will be no refunds on items or shipping cost.

Delivery fees for returns will be borne by buyer.

Once the order has been packed and dispatched, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds in the event that you change your mind.
