We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. 4. Payment
Major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid thirty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed SGD10,000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and /or court costs.
5. Delivery.
If you choose for the Goods to be delivered to you, delivery charges of SGD$8 per order (for purchase below $100) will be charged for delivery and added to the price of your Goods and reflected in your order at check out. All Goods purchased from us will only be delivered to addresses within Singapore. No delivery will be made outside Singapore or to post office boxes.
Our logistics representative will call/whatsapp you within 2 business days from the submission of your online order to arrange delivery.
Whatsapp 8228 9808 / 8022 2044 immediately after 1 business day regarding your order if no one contacts about your order.
Delivery timing is as follows:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 1pm (Morning) and 1pm to 5pm (Afternoon)

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within Singapore, or in relation to postings from Singapore. All advertising is intended solely for the Singapore market. 11. Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

The laws of Singapore govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and/or buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in all disputes arising out of such access.
