Inflate And Deflate From One Device

With 2.7 kPa of pressure and 200 L/min of airflow, the AP05C brings low-pressure gear up to firmness quickly. It suits small air beds, air pillows, lightweight sleeping pads and swimming rings.

One button runs the show. A double press turns the pump on, which keeps it safely off in your bag until you mean to use it, and a short press turns it off.

The same unit pulls air back out. Switch to the deflation port to flatten a sleeping pad for packing, or to draw the air from a vacuum storage bag and shrink a bulky jacket or towel down to a fraction of its size.

A single charge gives you up to 45 minutes of runtime, plenty for a full campsite of inflatables. Keep each session to ten minutes or less so the motor stays cool and the pump lasts for years.

Pack Down Flat And Store It Small

At 2.7 kPa and 200 L/min, the deflation side works just as briskly as the inflation side. In the morning it draws a sleeping pad or air pillow flat in moments, so the bulky gear rolls down tight and the pack-down is quick.

At home the same airflow empties a vacuum storage bag. Seal a jacket, a duvet or a stack of towels inside, run the pump on the deflation port with the silicone nozzle, and the bundle shrinks to a fraction of its size for a suitcase or a tidy cupboard.

The AP05C runs on a single rechargeable RCR123A battery. Nitecore recommends the NL169R 950mAh, which has a USB-C port built into the cell itself.

That means the same cable that charges your phone tops up your pump. Pop the battery out, plug it into a power bank, a solar panel, a car charger or a wall adapter, and you are ready for the next trip.

Because the battery is user-replaceable, the pump is not tied to the life of one sealed cell. When a battery eventually wears out after years of use, you swap the battery rather than the whole pump.

The carbon fibre shell is rated to operate from -10 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, so frosty alpine mornings and hot beach afternoons are both within its range.

Can the AP05C inflate car or bicycle tyres?

No. The AP05C is built for low-pressure inflation only, below 3 kPa. It is designed for soft gear such as air beds, air pillows, sleeping pads, pool floats and swimming rings, not for the high pressures a car or bicycle tyre needs.

Does the AP05C come with a battery?

The battery is not included. The pump takes one rechargeable RCR123A cell, and Nitecore recommends the NL169R 950mAh, which charges over USB-C straight from the battery. You add the battery separately so you can match it to the cells you already use.

How long can I run it in one go?

Keep each session to ten minutes or less. The pump has up to 45 minutes of runtime per charge across several sessions, and the ten-minute limit lets the motor rest between inflatables so the AP05C stays reliable for the long term.
