Which battery does it use, and is one included?

Runs on single high-drain 21700 rated over 15A, ships with Nitecore NL2153HP 5,300mAh cell. Does not accept 18650, CR123 or RCR123 batteries. Lower-drain 21700 will not reach full output.

How waterproof and tough is it?

Rated IP68, sealed against dust and submersible to 2 metres, impact resistant to 2-metre drop.

Does it hold 3,300 lumens the whole time?

Turbo runs 3,300 lumens for about 30 minutes, then steps down to protect LED and electronics. High holds 1,200 lumens for around 4.5 hours.
